Once an order has been processed, we may be unable to change or cancel it.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Because DD Drink Different sells consumable food and beverage products, we do not accept returns or exchanges and generally do not provide refunds for change of mind, taste preferences, or products ordered incorrectly by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at dd.drinkdifferent@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, DD Drink Different may provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution at our discretion and as required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery dates and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

DD Drink Different is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

7. PRODUCT USE & SAFETY

Customers should follow all preparation, serving, storage, and safety instructions included on the product packaging.

Do not consume a product if the packaging appears opened, damaged, contaminated, or tampered with.
