1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

2. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

DD Drink Different is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, holidays, customs, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping rates may vary based on the destination, order size, weight, and shipping method selected.

Any available free-shipping offers or promotions will be subject to the terms displayed at the time of the promotion.

4. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please carefully review your address before submitting your order.

DD Drink Different is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at dd.drinkdifferent@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier.

DD Drink Different is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email dd.drinkdifferent@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product

• Clear photos of the shipping packaging

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because DD Drink Different sells consumable food and beverage products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges and generally do not provide refunds for change of mind, taste preferences, or ordering the wrong product.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability, if offered, will be displayed at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International delivery times may vary because of customs processing and other factors outside our control.

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.
