Due to the nature of our products as consumable food and beverage items, all sales are final. For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so our team can review the issue.

If we determine that the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we may provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.

We do not provide refunds or replacements for:

• Change of mind

• Dislike of the flavor or taste

• Incorrect items or quantities ordered by the customer

• Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer
